Will be interesting to hear everyone's experience.
I had to go to HR today towards the end of the day as a manager and the HR chief accused of me having marijuana/drugs in my locker. I advised them I don't do drugs, will be happy to take a test every day of the week and they asked to check my locker. I happily let them check my locker, my clothes, etc. Of course, I am 100% clean.
There was a massive pot smell emanating from the lockers today and my locker happened to be by the spot, I guess. I smelled it earlier but I don't get in other people's business.
Anyways, they let me finish my shift and said I'm good.
Of course, anything coming from an HR dude or recruiter's mouth is as good as the shit out of a donkey's ass, but whatever.
I can say that there is a basketball American that despises me at work and I'm wondering if he made up some lies to try to get me fired... and maybe HR tried to come at me with this. Unfortunately, I sit right by this guy and he is extremely mentally unstable. He is saying the "N" word in his talk about 100 times a day as well tons of other inappropriate things non-stop. If I said even one of the things he says on an hourly basis, I'd be fired in a second...... But it is what it is; basketball American privilege in the workplace, lol.
Anyways, so I'm wondering if I have anything to worry about or if I should instantly be looking for a new job. If there had not been a massive pot/drug smell by the lockers, I wouldn't even state this question -- the writing would be on the wall. However, I am wondering if they were fabricating an excuse to come at me... and that basketball American is trying to get my fired.
